DAY 2- Part 2

Made it to Nantes- of which spent a fair bit of time in Atlantis Centre Commercial, in particular Decathlon and Leclerc.  Now fully kitted out although needed a slight detour round West Nantes to get the bed.  Popped in to Nantes for a quick browse, time limited though.  Parked up in the centre.  Also snapped the below shot on the way- crazy brutalist architecture

Wish I could have spent more time in Nantes- great city, but got to plough on down towards Royan for the ferry tomo.  Hopefully swell is due tomo afternoon- surf at last.  For now a rainy drive through the Charente.  Being a NEET has really hit home today, oh well at least Im not playing playstation or xbox- you only live once.

DAY2- Part 1

I still need to leave to go to Nantes.  Have been playing around with the car, hitting some golf practice and having a pain au chocolat.

DAY 1- Le Harve to Brittany

So today was mainly a driving day.  After snoozing on the ferry I had to traverse half of Northern France to St Gildas de Rhuys.  Got some fuel and pull ups in at Caen.  Without any breakfast it was mission driving whilst wanting to eat.  Eventually settled for a pain au chocolat followed by a croque monsieur a few hours later.  Arrived at the house in time for a swim in the sun, later followed by crepes down the road.
